Recommended Itinerary
Day:1- Arrival at Mumbai and Relax at hotel
Upon arrival at Mumbai Airport for Golden Triangle Tour with Mumbai, our representative will greet and transfer you to the vehicle to leave for hotel. Rest of the day is free for independent activities. Return to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay.
Day:2- Mumbai full day Sightseeing
After having breakfast at the hotel, our company representative will transfer you to car and will take you for full-day sightseeing in Mumbai. You will visit Gateway of India, Elephanta Island, Prince of Wales museum and Bandra fort. Return to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay.
Day:3- Mumbai-Delhi (by flight) & sightseeing in Delhi
Upon arrival at Delhi airport our company representative will greet and transfer you to the car. You will drive towards your hotel wherein you will check-in and relax for some time. Later you will visit Red Fort- constructed by Shah Jahan, was built as the fortified palace. Jama Masjid- India's largest and oldest mosque. The construction of this big mosque began in the year 1644 and was completed in 1658 by five thousand artisans. Also visit Qutub Minar- this is the second tallest Minar in India having height of 72.5 meters. Then visit Humayun's Tomb- This tomb was commissioned by Humayun's first wife Bega Begum and was the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent. Later it was declared as UNESCO World Heritage Site. On completion of the sightseeing, you will be transferred to the car as you will drive towards Agra and on reaching this place, check-in the hotel for overnight stay.
Please note- Red Fort remain closed on Mondays.
Day:4- Continue sightseeing in Delhi
After having breakfast at the hotel, our representative will transfer you to car as you will leave for full day sightseeing of New Delhi. You will visit major tourist attractions like Akshardham Temple, Lotus Temple, President's House, Parliament House and India Gate. Return to your hotel for comfortable overnight stay.
Day:5-Drive to Jaipur
Have breakfast at the hotel then our representative will drive you to Jaipur. After reaching this place, our representative will transfer you to car as you will drive towards your hotel. In the evening you will go to Choki Dhani, wherein you will enjoy Rajasthani folk dance and food. Return to the hotel for relaxed overnight stay.
Day-6: Jaipur full day sightseeing
Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for full-day sightseeing in Jaipur wherein you will visit Amber fort- which was built by Raja Man Singh I and well-known for its artistic style of Hindu elements. With its large ramparts, series of gates and cobbled paths, the fort overlooks the Maota Lake, at its forefront. You can enjoy elephant ride in this palace. Later on visit Jal Mahal (Lake Palace)- this palace is located in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake. It is built in red sandstone and is a five storied building out of which four floors remain under water when the lake is full and the top floor is exposed. Also visit City Palace- Conceived and designed by Jai Singh, the City palace is a fine blend of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture. Then you will visit Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds)- which was built in the year 1799. It has more than 593 balconies and screened windows, which makes it more bigger than you can imagine. After this you will visit Ram Niwas Garden and Albert Hall- This museum is located in Ram Niwas garden and has a rich and big collection of artifacts such as colorful crystal works, metal sculptures, stones, carpets and paintings. Return to the hotel for comforting overnight stay.
Day:7- Drive to Agra via Fatehpur Sikri
Have breakfast at the hotel then later our representative will drive you to Agra. En Route, you will visit Fatehpur Sikri, which was founded in the year 1569 by the Mughal emperor Akbar, and also served as the capital of this Mughal Empire from the year 1571 to 1585. This place comprises of one stunning mosque and three palaces. When you arrive at Agra, our representative will transfer you to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay.
*Please note- Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays.
Day:8- Agra half day sightseeing and Delhi Departure
You will visit Taj Mahal at the time of sunrise. This monument has no peer and has been described as the most extravagant monument ever built for love, this fine example of Mughal architecture was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved second wife-Mumtaz Mahal. After visiting this amazing monument, you will have breakfast at the hotel. Later you will visit Agra fort- which was built by Akbar with red sandstone and known as walled city. It has been now declared as UNESCO World Heritage site. After this, you will visit Tomb of I'timad-ud-Daulah (also called as Baby Taj), this mausoleum was commissioned by Nur Jahan, the wife of Jahangir, for her father Mirza Ghiyas Beg. It is located on the bank of Yamuna River and this mausoleum is set in a large cruciform garden criss-crossed by water courses and walkways. On completion of the sightseeing, you will leave for Delhi. On reaching this place, you will dropped at the Delhi international airport to board your flight to home/next destination.
