Suggested Itinerary
Day-1: Arrival at Ahemdabad and drive to Dasada
Upon arrival at Ahemdabad Airport for Gujarat tour with Mount Abu, our representative will greet and transfer you to the vehicle to leave for Dasada. Check-in the hotel for overnight stay.
Day-2: Dasada -Modhera - Patan
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for sightseeing in Dasada wherein you will go for wildlife safari in little Rann of Kutch to enjoy bird watching. On completion of the sightseeing, drive towards Patan. En Route, you will visit Modhera which is famous for Sun Temple. It is situated on a round hill and was constructed by King Bhimdev I between 1022 and 1063. Also visit Maatangi Modheshwari Temple, which is dedicated to Goddess Modheshwari, the Kuldevi or family Goddess of the Modh Community. On completion of the sightseeing, you will drive towards Patan. On arrival check-in the hotel for overnight stay.
Day-3: Patan - Mount Abu and boat ride in evening
Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for sightseeing in Patan wherein you will visit Rani ki Vav (stepwell) which was built in the year 1063 under the orders of Rani Udayamati. The intricate carvings and sculptures of Gods on the walls of the well are really attractive. Then visit Sahasralinga Talav, a lake that has now dried up but shows the engrossing water management and architectural skills of the ancient times. Also see the Mashru weavers weaving the colorful cotton and silk threads into a delicate fabric. On completion of the sightseeing, you will leave for Mount Abu. After reaching this place, check-in the hotel for short relax. In the evening, you will go for boating in Nakki Lake to enjoy a spectacular sight of the setting sun. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day-4: Mount Abu full day sightseeing
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for full day sightseeing in Mount Abu wherein you will visit Dilwara Jain Temple, which was constructed in between 11th & 13th century. It is one of the finest Jain Temples in India. Then you will visit Gurushikhar, which is the highest point in Rajasthan. Also explore Achalgarh Fort, which is a remarkable fort constructed in the 14th century by Rana Kumbha. In the evening, you can go for shopping to buy best Rajasthani handicraft. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day-5: Mount Abu - Ambaji - Ahemdabad
Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave towards Ahemdabad. En Route, you will visit Ambaji temple which is located at Ambaji town. The temple is dedicated to Ambe Mata - the Mother Goddess. On completion of the sightseeing, you will leave for Ahemdabad. After reaching this place, check-in the hotel for overnight stay.
Day-6: Ahemdabad full day sightseeing and drop at Ahemdabad airport
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for full day sightseeing in Ahemdabad wherein you will visit Sabarmati Ashram, which was built in the year 1915 and located at banks of the Sabarmati River. It was the house of Mahatma Gandhi till 1930 and was the inception point for famous Dandi March. Then you will visit AutoWorld Museum, which is one of the biggest and largest automobile collections in India. From motorcycles to vintage cars, the museum has more than 100 finest cars like Daimler, Bentley and Rolls-Royce. Also visit Kankaria Lake, which was constructed in 15th century by Sultan Kutubuddin. After this, you will visit Modhera Sun Temple that has three prime chambers namely Sabha Mandap, Surya Kund and Guda Mandap. It is well-known for its structural design and attracts large number of tourists every year. On completion of the sightseeing, you will be dropped at Ahemdabad airport to board your flight to Delhi and from there catch your international flight to home.
